Tool donation

Your support can change lives

Please bring your tools, sewing machines, haberdashery items and ply wood to our Netley Marsh Workshops on Monday and Tuesdays, between 10am – 4pm. Please take a look at our ‘Tools We Need’ list to find out how your donations can best support our work.

Please note: our Netley Marsh workshop is closed Monday 27th October – Friday 31st October. Please hold onto your donations until week commencing Monday 3rd November. We are unable to accept electrical tools until January 2026.

If you are making a special trip, or travelling a long distance, please give us a call first on 02380 869697 to make sure we’re ready to help. We also have a network of volunteer collectors across the country who can collect donations – please contact us to find out if there is a collector in your area.

The Renew Store

Come along to our on-site shop on Mondays and Thursdays between 10am and 3pm or Fridays between 10am and 1pm to find a great selection of garden tools, workshop tools, power tools, haberdashery and craft supplies, with new stock added every week.

    Potential partners

If you wish to contact us regarding a potential partnership please use the online contact form.
Please note: We sometimes get asked about sending tools to countries other than Ghana, Sierra Leone, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia or Malawi. Because we work closely with partner organisations in these countries this is where we focus our efforts.

    Stay connected with us

In Africa, we fund training that enables individuals to learn a trade and earn a living. In the UK, volunteers refurbish donated tools, giving them new purpose, and we also support national projects and apprenticeships here at home.
